John Henry Newman Catholic College (Gym Hall located in Sports Centre) Chelmsley Rd, Chelmsley Wood, Birmingham, B37 5GA £36 per month Elite Kickboxing Academy creates a fun and enjoyable Kickboxing experience for all ages and abilities. Training methods used include pads, bag work and sparring, following a planned regime to ensure all students achieve gradings in a timely manner and receiving constructive feedback along the way. Our classes cater for all, and provide health and fitness benefits associated with martial arts training as well as integral life skills and increased mental capacity. Our classes are for men, women and children from age 6+ and for all shapes and sizes accommodating you whether you want to lose weight, get fit, make friends or just have fun. All of our classes are run by highly motivated Instructors who will help you to get the most out of every session. Our rigorous workouts, with controlled punching and kicking movements, can do wonders for feelings of frustration and anger. It can also improve balance, flexibility, coordination and endurance. These classes promote confidence, self-control, self-respect and goal setting, combined with perseverance and determination.
