Little Dragons Programme.

The Elite kickboxing academy's Little Dragon's programme is designed for Children between four and seven years old.In a class enviroment the children learn essential social skills ie. teamwork,self-control, a sense of independence and compromise and by performing in front of each other their confidence will grow enormously.

As part of the Programme the children will play games which help improve their motor skills ie. running,jumping and hopping which require balance and co-ordination.The children learn respect for themselves and others and gain confidence in their own ability which will benefit them in everyday life.

 Aims of the Little Dragons programme.

                        1.To develop a sense of independance.

                        2.To learn self control.

                        3.To demonstrate responsibility.

                        4.To promote physical strength.

                        5.To encourage socialisation.

                        6.To develop self-esteem.

                        7.To promote co-ordination and stamina.

                        8.To build fundamental motor skills.

                        9.To increase awareness of body in space.

                      10.To act respectfully.

Club Rules

1. Students should bow on entering and leaving the training hall.

2. Junior students should address the instructor as sir.

3. Respect should be shown to fellow students and especially senior grades.

4. Any relevant questions should be asked by raising your hand and waiting until

    your instructor acknowledges.Shouting out in class will not be tolerated.

5. Appearance should be neat and tidy at all tmes with full uniform worn.

6. No jewellery to be worn during training.

7. No chewing gum/sweets during the lesson.

8. All sparring equipment should be brought to lessons.

9. No bullying or swearing will be tolerated.

10. Students should always be safety conscious.

11. Once training is over students should promptly leave the hall.
