New gym opening soon.

At the beginning of February i will be opening a new gym facility in the former betting shop in the grounds of the New lodge independent social club in Gorseinon.I will be teaching Kickboxing /fitness training to individuals and small groups and fighters wishing to compete.The centre will be open during the day and i will be doing special offers for parents of existing students,friends and family.The gym will also be open for anyone just wishing to come along to punch the bags.

Notice to parents.

I have noticed recently in the first junior class that children are being allowed to run around freely before and during the class,may i please remind all parents that when you enter the hall you are entering a martial arts gym and i expect people to respect that.I appreciate that it is difficult to control very young children and i do make allowances for that but lately it has been getting out of control,so i need parents cooperation on this matter as i don't want to go back to the old day's of having closed training sessions and gradings.

Training.

Training will resume on thursday 5th January,i would like to wish all students and parents a very merry xmas and a happy new year.Training fees are obviously now due so can we please start the year as we mean to go on and pay fees on time.In the future i will not be tolerating students who come and go as they please (mainly adults),please remember that i can take grades off students who do no train continuously.

Club Uniform.

Please may i remind all seniors again that club uniform must be worn at all times in class ie.club t-shirt and bottoms.Also club hoody tops and beany hats are available also and a club tracksuit should be on it's way in time for the summer.

Bring a friend scheme.

In September we will be introducing a bring a friend scheme where if an existing student persuades a friend to come and train at the Academy then they will receive a reward in return.The reward will only be issued when the friend purchases a licence and pays their first monthly fee.The reward will be   free Elite Kickboxing Academy hoody top.There will also be a "bring a friend to training week" introduced in the future (date to be arranged).

                                                             Training attendance. 

May i please remind all students and parents that regular attendance at classes is vital in order to get the full benefit from your training.Training once a week or now and again is not acceptable and please remember that attending two training sessions per week is required if you wish to grade.Permission to grade is at the sole discretion of your instructor so if you are not training on a regular basis then permission to grade will be declined.
